Digital transformation: the Tunisian government inspired by the Belgian experience

On April 13, 2018, two representatives traveled to Tunis to present the e-government tools of DG Digital Transformation. It is within the framework of the PARJ program that Tunisia is interested in the tools developed by the Belgian administration. PARJ (Justice Reform Support Program) aims to facilitate the justice reform process in Tunisia.

In this perspective of modernization of the information system of the Ministry of Justice, the Tunisian representatives wanted to understand the Belgian solutions and have a better idea of the risks, the prerequisites as well as the technological choices.
This meeting, organized in the form of a workshop, made it possible to make known to the forty or so Tunisian experts present the Belgian e-government strategy as well as the tools and processes put in place, such as the authentic sources, the e-government ID and mobile ID (Itsme) or the e-Depot.
